Eliminate insignificant affairsIf you have honesty made lists of every possible affairs of group "And" at you will be them too much and not enough time that them to realise. Time comes that you have passed from creative imagination to real practice. For this purpose you should find out and eliminate those affairs which have no essential value.
Having looked at each of the affairs designated in the list, ask itself a question: whether "you Intend to spend, at least, five minutes for these affairs the next seven days?"
If you answer in the negative delete the written. You should not offer an explanation why you have decided to delete the given case. Perhaps, you simply do not have mood it to be engaged. Perhaps, all depends on the person who cannot help you the next week. Probably it is too difficult kind of employment. Can be too occupied you this week.
Leave in the list only those affairs, which you are ready to begin (and can be and finish) the next seven days. After you almost have struck all off the list, return to the remained affairs and choose, at least, four of them as whom you consider as the most important and to which are ready to devote a part of time within the next seven days.
Let you are not excited with that during deletion you have excluded the important and big affairs from your list. If you do not wish to be engaged in them now, eliminate them from your field of vision now that they to you did not disturb. You can return to them in a week. After you "have weeded" all three lists of your affairs planned for achievement of the purposes "And", connect the received results in the uniform list. In him it will appear about dozen affairs which are important and for the sake of which realisation you are ready to waste time within the next week.
Definition of priorities will be following step. Designate the most important thing
Designate the important issue - it-1. Others name accordingly it-2, it-3, it-4 etc. Proceeding from such distribution of priorities, put terms for execution and make of them the schedule the next seven days.
