It occurs that record demands from you it definiteness in expressions and your purposes are narrowed: you should express your aspirations in a few words, instead of in millions words which have passed in your thoughts during all life. Actually your choice, that you have written down, defines your priorities, and their list can surprise you. If you never tried to write down your vital purposes below-mentioned exercise will help you to start such record.

Exercise: how to define your vital purposes? (Performance is obligatory): Take some sheets of paper, the handle or a pencil, and hours. Allocate for exercise fifteen minutes.
The first question on the vital purposes
Write above the first sheet a question: "What my vital purposes?" (Defining the vital purposes, keep in mind that you receive different answers at the age of five, twenty five and sixty five years. Therefore you should understand those problems which you put before yourselves now as "the vital purposes".)
Exactly for two minutes write answers to this question. Necessarily you should be extremely short and to be limited to the general words, concretising nothing, but you have enough time to mention the purposes, a concerning your personal, family, public, business, material and spiritual life.
Listen to itself
Try, that your list has captured as much as possible subjects. Try to write as much as possible words. At this stage you should not feel that are obliged to subordinate the life to performance of these purposes, and therefore try to write down everything that to you comes to mind.
Be not afraid to switch on in this list such purposes far from your usual life as desire to get on Mont Blanc, to hire the yacht and to make on it round-the-world travel, to have possession, in cost 10 or 100 million to buy a country house in Italy, to take vacation for the whole year, to lose ten kgs, being engaged in jogging. Do not constrain the imaginations.
