«I have the right to cry is my party!»In a case of "typological illiteracy» even the best intentions in business of rendering assistance to the one who requires it, can ruin. As an example to it is served by a case with Cheril, the director of television station in the big city (type INTP). It has moved to this city at once after Day of gratitude to start the new job. From the very first days both in professional, and in the personal plan all at it has risen upside down. Having plunged into arrangement of apartment and acquisition by friends, knocking together working collective and confirming itself professionally, Cheril quickly became uneasy and sharp with the colleagues, which it has started to avoid to find at least a few time for herself. Its collective in which extroverts prevailed, has decided suit Cheril as a surprise a noisy Christmas party which would help it to join collective. When the surprise has opened, it has appeared, what is it there was that last drop which has exhaust all patienced Cheril. This party was for it the next undesirable encroachment for its time so it was broken off between necessity to remain one and expression of gratitude to employees. The similar combination of stressful factors was above forces of Cheril, and all the evening long it has cried, hardly being self-controlled. As a result both Cheril, and its colleagues felt a bit guilty, and to this feeling at them the reproach turned each other was added also. To overcome consequences of this "blessing", one week was necessary for them not. Understand this situation they could with the help it which has helped to understand in all and even has forced all to laugh over absurd of such position.

4. Recognise that conflicts are inevitable. The conflict is a reality of our life, the fact, to bypass which to nobody under force. Partly the conflict reality is caused by that representatives of various psychological types complicate the stressful status, differently reacting to conflicts. For example, the more actively the extrovert will insist on "the verbal" decision of the conflict, the more assiduously the introvert will plunge into itself — and as a result there will be a strange thing. The introvert will appear overloaded, will decide to dump this cargo from the shoulders and to be uttered: «I cannot take out this all any more. Besides, something has reminded it to me. Three weeks ago you have arrived so and though I have arrived incorrectly, all is the beginnings not I. Half a year back you...» — And so on. During this moment the extrovert stunned and excited to a limit, leaves away, having left in a huff. The representative of any type, to correct typological properties, can finish the conflict to an extreme point; it can be expressed as in extreme display of properties of preference (the extrovert will start to speak more loudly and faster), and in freakish display of not priority properties (the introvert will be started up in infinite incoherent mutter). Both in that and in other case the behaviour of the person usually at all does not correspond to requirements of the arisen situation.
