Example of positive bank balanceIt is not necessary to doubt that in the organisation which have reached of typological balance, affairs will go excellently. And hardly probable something can illustrate this statement better, than a branch example on job with clients of one big bank with branches all over the world and the centre in New York.
This bank left on us on not to quite business occasion: the main assistant to the president of this branch has read about us in magazine "Fortune". Approximately at the same time in this branch it was planned to spend annual three days of rest by which by tradition all ninety employees of branch for outstanding professional achievements were awarded. And then the main assistant has decided that we should become in the program of this event the basic number.
During preparation for our one-day seminar all have familiarised with the Indicator of types Myers-Briggs, having gone deep thereby into studying of, and also mutual similarities and differences. By the evening participants of a seminar have decided to make the typological scheme of the organisation, it there a name of each of them that then to extend it on all branch. This scheme (the truth, without names of employees) we result more low.

In this collective we were amazed with the following: in spite of the fact that as a whole the scheme it has appeared absolutely typical for bank (that is with prevalence of logicians-ratsionalov), mentions of exceptions were evident a little worthy. First, headed branch ENFJ, and this type in any way it is impossible to name characteristic for a tribe of heads which usually consider as pedantic and meticulous fans of accuracy. The woman — ENTP — besides the representative of type whom you will infrequently meet among assistants to heads to whom in job the split-hair accuracy is required was its assistant. Moreover, among chiefs of departments it was observed where it a variety, than usually meets at such level: in particular, there there was one more ENFJ and ESTP though in this company by tradition logiko-rational types dominated.
