The preface
It would be very useful to look a new view at other people so that to understand and appreciate our individual distinctions and to concentrate thus not so much on "correct" or "wrong" styles of life and behaviour, how much on our individual preferences render what influence on ourselves and on associates.
The indicator of types Myers-Briggs has allowed millions people to realise this possibility. He has helped us to learn better and has substantially promoted that we began to understand is better the family, friends and colleagues. Moreover, I consider that in many respects thanks to it my own marriage safely lasts forty years. It has helped us to look differently at individual distinctions and to transform arising complexities into pleasure.
For years of the job of Otto Kreger and Dzhenet Tjuson used in the books on it all potential of the Indicator of types Myers-Briggs that has had enormous influence on heads and leaders worldwide. In hundreds companies the book «Types of people and business» became the major directory, helping to operate people and to understand them. It is possible to find in this added edition of the book also new ideas how to overcome the general difficulties which the various organisations face in the XXI-st century (these councils are placed mainly in the new chapter "Management").
Today from heads of various structures even more often it is required to understand the difficult modern business world to have possibility to develop the vision of the purpose, to motivate the personnel and to promote preparation of leaders which will come of them in the stead. It it urged to develop consciousness of the head so that to raise efficiency of its management at decision-making to which should respond on business structures of all world.
The indicator of types Myers-Briggs successfully got accustomed in various cultures and translated more than on two ten of languages, has turned to the universal tool of testing. I could use it in job with leaders and heads of the organisations in Europe and Asia, in Canada, and recently and on Cuba. I have acquainted Havana with this typology for the first time, and acquaintance has passed most advantageously. As it has appeared, all over the world it it has appeared invaluable opening for managers and heads of the various organisations.
