Deficiency of friends. You wait, when you will be invited by other steams, and for this reason spend time or at home, or among people who are not pleasant to you.The conscious decision. You have a seat with the husband and develop with it the program of how to invite new acquaintances, with which at you much in common, or old friends whom you did not see for a long time. The casual choice can appear successful.
There is nothing "wrong" in the decisions born by deficiency of friends, requirements of others, empty dreams or a habit. But if you are not satisfied by results of these decisions, it is required to undertake conscious efforts. In difficult situations begins seductive to go down stream, fall into a reverie or sink. But really you really want it? If is not present, you have an alternative - you should make such decision which will suit you.
Chapter 5
The control begins with planning
People who come on my seminars and employment on investment say often words:
"It seems to me that I spend so a lot of time for affairs which are not so important, and the life passes by me".
"I should make so much all, and time for this purpose at me absolutely is not present".
"I have got tired, is stirred up, it. It seems to me that I constantly climb uphill, the end to it is not present also I never I can relax completely".
I hear often these statements from people who spoke to me about the problems in due course. These statements spoke the general desire somehow to change their difficult situation. More often these people "played game" "if":
"If I only could regain control over situation".
"If only I was similar to that or such which, apparently, have time for all and thus to save composure and a vigorous spirit".
"If I only could do that I really want". "You have a plan?"
The control begins with planning. When to me declare: "I do not have time!", I always ask the same question: "you have a plan?". Everyone has 168 hours per week, but though any plan as them to spend, eat far not at everyone. And of carefully developed, thought over, realistic plan can brag only about 3 % of people.
