But in March, 2000 the world starts to vary. The bubble of high technologies bursts, and the balloon of the share market starts to be blown off. Television commentators raise a new song: itRevival will begin next quarterit. Financial schedulers start to persuade: itSave calmness... Invest for long terms... Diversifyit. Chickens start to calm down gradually. They knew that arrived reasonably from the financial point of view. They put for long terms, they diversified also it promised that revival of the market waits for them directly round the corner.And now I wish to continue and more times to declare that council itInvest for long term, save calmness, diversifyit is a sensible advice for at whom not enough financial education and investment experience. The moment to which I wish to direct your attention, consists that you have three ways. It is (1) not to do anything, (2) to follow the same old advice and to diversify or (3) to get financial education. A choice for you. By itself, I recommend financial training, and today more and more people join my voice.
In February, 2002 Alan Grinspen, the president of Federal reserve bank anxious by loss of trust to the share market and a trade of the economist, has addressed to all country and has come up with idea on necessity of training of financial literacy at schools. He knows that if people lose trust to the share market, capitalism what we know it, in danger. Without money of investors the economy starts to fall. Anxious such prospect, Grinspen has addressed to the congress and has declared that is necessary to be engaged in financial education of children. In the message of agency "Associated Press" from February, 6th it has been about it told:
Training to financial concepts is better to spend in initial and incomplete high schools. The solid mathematical base, according to Grinspena, will promote increase of financial literacy and itwill help to save youth from financial errors on which correction yearsit can be demanded.
