THE INTRODUCTION
In the given book the situation of opening of own business in the absence of experience and the limited financial possibilities is considered. I supervised over business, being the hired director, have created it from zero and have developed till quite decent sizes. Another's means for the organisation of business and the decision of those or other problems were thus used. Strategic decisions also were accepted not by me. This period proceeded seven years then I have left and has decided to begin own business. Should tell that by that moment much from this that is required to begin with and in the activity beginning, I already have had time to forget thoroughly and to many problems it has appeared simply is not ready. Also and difficult business creation on own money, and small was rather curious. Thus I nevertheless possessed enough wide experience to create firm and to organise its job it unlike my partner in business. It had no such experience, and I constantly had to learn it as required. Though the most part of necessary knowledge and actions was simple enough, to receive all of them together and in a necessary order there was no place. As a result of this entertaining experience the present book also was born.
It not the textbook, not the directory on firm registration, not the grant on competitive struggle and business planning. It is a result of generalisation of personal experience, that it the greatest difficulties at creation of business, its organisations. In many respects it is instructions on typical errors and ways of their prevention. On one sections of the book there is a good specialised literature, on others it is not present. A lack of the specialised literature of its excessive complexity. You will not know yet, what sections will be necessary for you first of all. Besides, on studying of the similar literature a lot of time is required. And it also will not suffice you, as soon as you will start to be engaged in own business under condition of the limited financial resources.
