Participation of each of them anyhow promoted creation of this product which otherwise would not be created. Similar style of a management justifies individual distinctions and stimulates them, and employees receive encouragements for the strong qualities, and at all on command corrected also organisation instructions. If the product is something that is created by people (namely and business is) and if labour productivity grows out of that as as these people then the head should give the basic attention to the personnel do.
