I knew that if I will be followed council of my native father itReturn to college, receive the diploma of the master, and then find reliable jobit, to a camp same, as it and if I will go in the footsteps of the rich daddy I will not have any guarantees as regards the one who from me will turn out. By this time I was already enough adult to understand that bankruptcy and poverty could wait for me, but with the same probability I could become rich. Many friends of the rich daddy who started on a journey on the same route, as it, and have not reached destination. Nevertheless, I have preferred to go in the footsteps of the rich daddy, having refused any guarantees.My decision to build an own ark has been connected not so much for the purpose of travel, how much with process it road to destination. Many of us heard expression itthe Easy way becomes difficult, and difficult it to lungsit. In 1974 I have decided to choose a difficult way without guarantees. I advise to people, without giving up the basic job, to open business in combination or to begin with small objects of the profitable real estate simply because on studying of bases some years leave.
